　　王哲：专利运营的本质是充分实现专利的财产功能。专利运营方式较多，包括专利许可与转让、专利质押融资、作价入股和构建专利池或专利联盟等。您提到的应该是我手中的这份报告。

　　The nature of the patent operation is to fulfill the property function of the patent by patent management. There are various patent operation ways, including patent licensing or assignment, patent litigation, mortgage financing, becoming a shareholder and build patent pools or patent alliance. This report in my hand is what you mentioned.

　　这是我们知识产权出版社i智库在去年底刚刚发布了《2013年度中国专利运营状况研究报告》，在报告中我们发现，近五年，中国专利运营次数逐年递增，主要的运营模式还是以转让、许可和质押三种形式为主。仅2013年一年，中国专利共运营113227次，涉及专利数量超过10万件。从专利类型来看，转让活动主要以发明为主，许可质押活动则以新型为主。在运营主体方面，还是以公司为主。

　　This is "2013 Annual Research Report of Chinese Patent Operations", released by our Intellectual Property Publishing House i Think Tank at the end of last year. Refer to the report, we noticed that the number of Chinese patent operations increasing annually in the last five years, mainly three operating modes are transferring, licensing, and pledging. In 2013, the number of Chinese patent operation is 113,227, involving more than 100,000 patents. Considering of the type of the patent, transferring activities is mainly based on invention, while licensed mortgage activity is mainly based on utility model. The subject of operation is mainly based on companies.

　　主持人：非常感谢!那进一步我们还想了解一下，您能谈一下具体的某一行业或企业的专利运营、专利转化情况么?

　　王哲：在我们的报告中，也通过了9个具体的案例对当年度表现比较突出的案例进行了解读。这里可以和大家分享一下很多人都很关注的汽车行业的专利运营状况。同样以2013年数据为例，我们发现据不完全统计，汽车企业的专利运营共计5000次，涉及专利约4000件，占到了当年总体运营次数的5%，可以说是相对比较活跃的一块领域。

　　In the report, we use nine specific cases to interpret the annual prominent performance of several companies. Here we can share with you some operational status of the automotive industry. Taking the data of 2013 as an example, we noticed that according to incomplete statistics, the auto companies operated patents a total of 5,000 patents, involving about 4000 patents, accounting for 5% of the year's total number of operations that is a relatively active in the field.

　　东风汽车、北汽、吉利、奇瑞等车企在2013年均有专利运营行为。据分析，和中国整体专利运营状况一致，汽车企业在中国的专利运营目前也是以转让为主，2013年车企专利转让次数占汽车行业专利运营次数的85%。获得专利所有权后，车企既可以提高自身技术的全面性，降低研发成本;也可以许可其他企业使用从中获利，进而实现市场垄断;甚至可将专利作为形成专利联盟或标准的筹码。

　　Dongfeng Motor, Beiqi, Geely, Chery car, all of them had patent operation in 2013. According to the analysis, this is accordance with operational status of China, Chinese auto companies is mainly based on transference, the number of patent transfer accounted for 85 percent of the automotive industry in 2013, After obtaining patent ownership, car companies can enhance the comprehensiveness of their own technology, reduce development costs; other companies can get the benefit by the use of license, thus achieve market monopoly; even get chips to form a coalition.
